What's Going On:

Sabbath July 15, 2023

Pleasant Sabbath and Blessings for the coming week. Thank you for joining us today and we pray that your souls were blessed by our services. Check out below what’s happening at FRSDA Church.

COMMUNICATION WEEK 2023

Today we witnessed the end of Communication Week 2023 with a powerful and profound Word from Elder Kerilius Leslie entitled “No More Boxes”. Eld. Leslie was speaking on the theme “Communication between Me and My Community”. A wonderful sermon on evangelism which no one can afford to miss, check it out here on our YouTube channel.

We again thank Elder Leslie and our two other presenters this week (Sisters Petra Pierre-Robertson & Renee Joseph) for their time and accepting the call to minister to God’s people during our Communication Week. May God continue to bless and enrich their ministries!

WEEKLY SERVICES

Our weekly Zoom-church services continue this week on Monday at 5:00AM and Wednesday at 6:00PM. Elder Avin Thorne will present on Wednesday with the topic “Ready for Battle”. Connect with us and invite a friend!

ADVENTIST YOUTH

Our bi-monthly AY services continue on July 22 from 4PM at our church building. These services are not streamed so come visit us physically to be a part of these interesting meetings. This coming service we are at “Loving Yourself, Part 3” and it promises to be just as fulfilling as its two predecessors. To contribute to our After-AY Snack, contact an AY Council member. Let’s make it a delicious and memorable gathering!

COMMUNITY SERVICES EXCURSION

The Community Services Department of the FRSDA church is hosting a beach excursion fund-raiser to Blanchisseuse Beach on August 27, 2023. Come out and support this very worthy cause and have a grand, Godly, good-time as well. For tickets contact Bro. Aaron Alexander or Elder Brian Hutchinson.

BEREAVEMENT NOTICE

With heavy hearts we advise of the passing of young Zachary Williams who has gone to sleep after ailing for some time. While his passing aches our hearts, his life and how he lived encourages us with the Hope that we WILL see him again! A service of comfort will be held at the Williams residence, Upper Cemetery Street this evening (July 15) at 7:30PM. Please come out in your numbers to lend support and show our love to the bereaved family. We also advise that Zachary’s funeral service will be held at our church (FRSDA Church) on Monday July 17, 2023 from 1:00PM sharp.

WE ARE PRAYING FOR YOU

Let us continue to keep each other in prayer as we go through this coming week. Please remember all of our sick and ailing members. And to our online family, keep sending in your prayer requests as we continue to keep you in prayer as well.
