FRSDA 50th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS
Today marks the fifth and final Sabbath of our special five-Sabbath celebration in recognition of the 50th
Anniversary of the Five Rivers Seventh-day Adventist Church. We extend sincere thanks to everyone who has joined us in commemorating “50 Years of Faith”. And what a wonderful finale it was! Pr. Toney Mapp made the wait worthwhile with a powerful, timely and well-received message. FAMILY LIFE DEPARTMENT – HALF-NIGHT OF PRAYER
All members and friends are invited to a special Half Night of Prayer on Thursday 18th June, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight at the Five Rivers SDA Church. Come and join us as we unite in prayer under the theme, “There Is Still Power in Prayer.” Let us petition the throne of God together, believing for answered prayers, spiritual renewal, and God’s blessings.
COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT – BEACH EXCURSION
The Community Services Department Beach Day fundraiser at Las Cuevas Beach is on, but the date is now Sunday 28th June, 2026. The maxi leaves the Five Rivers Church compound at 7:00AM sharp. For more information, see Sis. Cidna Alexander. Come out and enjoy a fun-filled day at the beach while supporting a worthy cause. All proceeds go toward helping those in need.
FRSDA CHURCH – DAYS OF ELIJAH CRUSADE
The much-anticipated evangelistic initiative of the year now has a date! The Days of Elijah Crusade, featuring Pastor Brent St. Jean, is scheduled to begin on July 17th, 2026. Mark your calendars, save the date, and begin inviting your family, friends, and neighbors. This promises to be a spiritually uplifting experience filled with powerful messages, inspiring music, and a renewed call to prepare for Christ’s soon return. You will not want to miss this one!
