“CHOICES” ON TTT THIS FESTIVE SEASON
The programming of the Five Rivers SDA church is all about evangelism. With each succeeding Family Life series, the drama presentation has always been used as a major tool of evangelistic outreach. Last year’s presentation (A Fresh Start) is on the cusp of 2 million views on the YouTube platform. By the mercies of God and through His leading, this year’s presentation (Choices) will also be used as a tool for evangelistic outreach when, on Boxing Day, December 26th, 2022 it will be aired simultaneously on the television and YouTube channels of TTT (Trinidad & Tobago Television) from 8PM, with a re-run on December 27th, 2022 at 4PM. Share this information with everyone that you know, especially those who have not yet accepted Jesus as their Lord and Saviour and those who may be struggling with some type of addiction.
OLD YEAR’S DAY SERVICES
And as the end of 2022 approaches, you can be assured that we at Five Rivers SDA church are planning a grand end-of-year celebration. Whether online or face-to-face, nothing can stop us from giving Praise and Thanks to our mighty and wonderful God. Not only has He seen us safely through yet another year of COVID-19 turmoil, but also through a year where several of our loved ones were laid to rest. On the morning of December 31st, from 10AM, our speaker will be none other than Pastor Peter Morris. Then, later on as we close off the year, our church pastor, Pastor Nicholas Nicholls will break the Word and bring the curtains down on 2022. Old Year’s evening service begins at 530PM. Mark the date on your calendars and prepare to be present as the doors at FRSDA church are open to all and we are operating at 100% capacity. Come join with us as we offer up abundant praises to our Maker and Sustainer, Jesus Christ!
BEREAVEMENT NOTICE
We sadly announce the passing of our dearly beloved Sister Adina Williams, who went to sleep on preparation day, yesterday. She leaves to morn scores of family and friends but also an entire church congregation that will forever be touched by her acts of service. Additional information regarding funeral arrangements will be forwarded as they become available but continue to support the bereaved family with your love, prayers and outreach.
