COMMUNITY SERVICES DAY
Today was Community Services Day at Five Rivers SDA and our Pastor, Pr. Randy Dixon shared with us from God’s Word. If you were unable to view it LIVE or to be there in person, you can still view the recording on our YouTube channel by visiting this link. God has a blessing in store for you.
BENEFIT CONCERT
Come out this evening to the Faith Christian Fellowship Church in support of our brother in Christ, Harry Balkaran, as a benefit concert is held to assist him in his fight against illness. Start time is 530PM and your support will be greatly appreciated. Tickets are generously priced and can be purchased at the door. Let’s come out and support our brother in his time of need.
STEWARDSHIP PROGRAMME
On Sunday November 2nd, the Stewardship Department presents “Put Your House in Order”, a webinar which will explore the virtues of good stewardship in both spiritual and secular matters. Come hear discussions on important topics, including Wills and Estates, and Estate Planning. This program is on Zoom from 3PM-5PM so look out for the login information on our WhatsApp channel and chat.
HEALTH EMPHASIS WEEK
November 2nd to 9th 2025 is Health Emphasis Week.
The week consists of 4 sessions:
- Join us on Zoom on Sunday November 2nd from 6pm as we hear from Dr. Patricia Hudson-Henry, a Neuropsychologist, who will guide us through the topic “The brain and mental health”.
- Also on Zoom, on Wednesday November 5th from 6pm, we have Dr. Keston John addressing Women’s Health related concerns.
- Then In-house and on LIVE Stream on Sabbath November 8th, we’ll be joined by Dr. Joseph Mahadeo who brings a powerful message entitled “The Whole Me: Jesus, Take All of Me” which focuses on wholistic health in service to God.
- And on Sunday November 9th, from 9AM to 1PM, we conclude our Health Emphasis Week with a grand Health Fair in our church’s Multipurpose Hall. There will be blood pressure & blood sugar checks, vision screening, dental, chiropractic, paediatric and adult consultations available, FREE of charge! So, tell a friend & neighbour in the community. You don’t want to miss it!!
MUSIC APPRECIATION DAY
Come and sing Songs of Praise and Power on November 1st, 2025 with the FRSDA music department as we collaborate with other praise teams across the South Caribbean Conference in commemoration of Music Appreciation Day. Special presentation by Elder Denzyl Edwards, followed by fellowship lunch. In-house service begins at 9:15AM and our LIVE stream runs from 10:30AM. So come out on November 1st as we lustily sing Songs of Praise and Power.

WEEKLY SERVICES
All are reminded of and invited to our weekly Zoom services. Each week our Monday 5AM and Wednesday 6PM Zoom meetings are there as a replenishment and preparation for the days past and days ahead. These meetings are planned especially for you so please don’t miss them. The links are on our WhatsApp chat and channel.
